KourCo has engineers, geologists and environmental scientists with extensive expertise in the completion of Risk Evaluation/Corrective Action Program (RECAP) Evaluations in accordance with LDEQ regulations and guidance.  KourCo has completed numerous Site Investigations and RECAP Evaluations in accordance with all applicable requirements of the LDEQ RECAP Document.  KourCo is highly experienced in data evaluation, sample collection, ProUCL evaluations, aquifer testing and all other aspects of the RECAP Document.  KourCo has calculated and received regulatory approval of numerous soil and groundwater RECAP Screening Standards for Constituents of Concern (COCs) that did not have established standards within the RECAP Document.
