KourCo is experienced in the development of documents and forms required by the various federal, state and local regulatory agencies in the Gulf Coast Region, such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Louisiana and Mississippi Departments of Environmental Quality and Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission. KourCo assists clients with regulatory compliance and reporting issues that are required by various industrial activities and operations. These activities often include solid and hazardous waste disposal, environmental permitting and quarterly and semiannual sampling and reporting. At the request of clientele, KourCo can conduct internal compliance audits and site inspections at client facilities and make recommendations for operational adjustments or corrective actions. KourCo also arranges for timely consultation with appropriate regulatory officials and functions as an expert client representative in meetings with regulatory agencies.
